We review
your specifications in your galley loading plans, assemble the meals according
to your specifications, pack the service trolleys as per requirements, order the
carts for loading in controlled coolers to perform cold-soak, and execute delivery
in high-loader trucks to provision the aircraft’s galley accurately and on
time.
We
remove carts from arriving aircraft and take them to our facility for unloading
and sanitisation. Refuse is sorted from recycling. Where required, we separate
trash from the general waste according to regulations and sterilise it before
disposal. Re-usable items such as crockery and cutlery are cleaned using a
commercial dishwasher. Carts are thoroughly washed and sterilised, and the
trolleys undergo safety inspections to check for proper functionality.
We maintain separate and controlled equipment storage areas for each customer. We collect the data for inventory management either through your system or via our own system, giving you the confidence that optimal supply levels of all service items are maintained to ensure they are always available. Inventory is tightly controlled with all stock rotated and in line with the best before or out of date timeline, and waste is minimised.
